Some users are seeing a grayed out “Request LEO Delivery” button, even after they’ve logged into Virgo. Here is how to fix it:
1. Sign out of Virgo at the top (but do not hand in the Netbadge, which the logout page offers)
2. Sign back into Virgo
3. Hold down the Shift key and click the page refresh at the top of the browser
You are now logged in and ready to request the book.
