There are a few reasons you might be having trouble with this.
VIRGO IDs are Case Sensitive. If you are a student you use your computing ID (abc1de) as your ID. Most of the time its lower case, but if that doesn't work try UPPER CASE.
Your PIN should be the last 4 digits of your numerical student ID. However, you may have changed it. We can answer that. Call the library at 434-924-3021 or email email@example.com to check on that. We can also reset it for you.
Almost all community users of the library have their IDs set to their drivers license numbers. If there's a letter the letter is in UPPER CASE - T1234567. Your PIN should be the last 4 digits.
