The Library is making necessary upgrades to ensure the sustainability of our catalog system and compatibility with technology standards. While making these changes to benefit your long-term research needs, we discovered unexpectedly that doing so caused the look and layout of Virgo Classic to change somewhat. We made some fixes immediately to retain functionality, but we know some of you would like to see more changes.

Once our upgrade work is completed in early August 2017, we will make every effort to evaluate the feedback we received about Virgo Classic’s appearance and implement your suggestions for improvement as best we can. We won’t be able to restore the previous view completely, but we welcome you to discuss any concerns you may have with your department’s Library Subject Liaison, or send your feedback to library@virginia.edu so we can accommodate it as we’re able.
