Q. Do you pay the same prices for journals as individual subscribers?

We wish! As it turns out, we pay an institutional subscription/access rate that is generally much higher. They send our institutional subscriptions to us later than those found on newsstands or in bookstores in hopes that people will buy an issue before the library gets it.
