There are several ways to find the answers to your software questions. ITS and the Library partner to make many titles available to members of the UVa Community. Here are some ways to get your questions answered:
- Go to the ITS UVa Software Gateway. Here you will find all the offerings ITS has for you, as well as license limitations, versions, and where you can get the tiles. You will find all the offerings for Microsoft products, and other productivity and connectivity tools here as well.
- Visit the Research Software Support Pages for information on installation and support. If you are new to research software, we suggest you read through our Quick Guide to Obtaining Research Software before getting your first title.
- If you have a specific question related to a particular title or issue obtaining a title, please email res-consult@virginia.edu. Questions sent to res-consult@virginia.edu will be answered Monday-Friday 8-5 pm only.
