Q. How can I get an article from a journal that the library does not have?

Request it via Inter Library Loan – the article will be scanned and delivered to you via email. Use the ‘Requests’ button in your library account: library homepage > ‘My Account’ (upper right) > Requests.  

For articles, select ‘Scan Chapter/Article’, even if you know the article is available online.
