Q. Does the library have newspapers and magazines?

Yes, we hold a large collection of print and digital newspapers and magazines. Print browsing – and reading – is available in most libraries. The most ‘popular’ newspapers and magazines such as the New York Times, Daily Progress, The New Yorker, plus many more, can be found in Shannon Library’s Reference Room on the 4^th Floor. We also offer some international newspapers in this room.  

Other libraries offer current journal collections that relate to the contents of that location. Current periodicals, including magazines and newspapers, are not available to check out until they go into our circulating collection, generally one year after we receive them.
