You are welcome to visit any library but be aware that some libraries have different access policies. For example, the Law Library gives priority seating to law students during exam periods. Find out more about each library. The Special Collections Library (Harrison/Small) contains very little study space because it is mostly devoted to supporting research in our archival and rare collections.

All of our libraries are open to the public! The public can gain access to UVA Library’s spaces until 10 pm, or until closing, whichever is earlier.
