Clemons Library has a few audiobooks on cassette that can be checked out and the Law Library has a few audiobooks on CDs. But since most audio books are requested for recreational rather than academic purposes, the Library does not actively purchase them.  However, JMRL (the Charlottesville area public library system) has an excellent collections of audiobooks, as well as access to Overdrive, which has downloadable audiobooks.
