Q. If a book is checked out, how can I recall it?

If the item you would like to use is checked out by another user, you can recall it using the "Request Item" button within the Virgo Record, and selecting your pickup location.

Recalled items must be returned within 10 days of the recall notice. Once the item is returned, the requesting user will be notified and the item will be held for 7 days, after which it will be re-shelved or circulated to the next waiting user.
